Aroma: Aromas of red fruit, with a prevalence of cherry.
Taste: Complexity that from the nose is confirmed in the mouth, with further spices and a savory finish reminiscent of mineral and almond.
Typical combinations: Appetizers and first courses of soups and pasta or second courses of meat and slightly aged cheeses. Maintains its characteristics for more than 5 - 6 years; like all wines it must be stored in cool (below 18 degrees) and not very bright places not subject to high temperature changes.
