Red ruby intense and inviting. On the nose the characteristic notes of cherry and pepper are enhanced in this fresh type of Valpolicella, followed by subtle notes of officinal herbs. On the palate it is dry and well balanced. The traditional acid vein finds the right contrast in the softness of the fruit, giving the wine a slender and gritty profile.
