Antique pink, with slightly orange reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with an elegant and distinct bouquet, marked by notes of strawberry and yellow peach and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is fresh, with a good structure, with a pleasant savory vein and a good persistence.
Excellent in combination with shellfish and fish tartare, it also goes well with thinly sliced San Daniele ham.
