Famous flagship wine of Nino Negri is produced from a selection of the best grapes and only in the best vintages. The grapes of only Nebbiolo, harvested by hand in the most suitable vineyards of the Valtellina Superiore areas, after the natural drying of 3 months, are vinified "in red" with a long maceration. Intense garnet red. Fresh scent reminiscent of balsamic hints (mint, eucalyptus) which then fades into scents of bread crust, licorice root, dry hay, cocoa, black pepper, prunes and dried figs. The flavor is concentrated, vigorous with vanilla notes and evident tannins that pleasantly satisfy the taste.
