Brunello di San Polo thanks to the characteristics of the soils of origin, whose limestone content is ideal for Sangiovese and thanks to the location of the vineyards on the beautiful Poggio di San Polo, can age for a long time and improve withaging in the bottle. Red ruby intense with garnet reflections, limpid and brilliant. The nose expresses the typical aromas of violet and small red fruits. There are hints of undergrowth, wood aromatic, light vanilla and composite jam followed by subtle notes of coffee intensepersistent large ed ethereal. It is a wine hot in the mouth, with a dense and full-bodied texture. The finish is long, with well-defined tannins.
