Our Brunello di Montalcino is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for about 30 months and in bottle for a year. It comes from our historic vineyards (already in 1873, Sangiovese was cultivated on the 12 hectares of the "Vigna Nuova di Fiesole") continuing in its qualitative constancy which is enhanced in elegance and finesse. Intense ruby red tending to garnet. Characteristic and intense odor. Taste dry, warm, a little tannic, robust, harmonious, it persists.
