Bertani Amarone Classic it's a still red characterized by an authentic identity that has the same and identical packaging since 1958, even if this wine was born in 1857. It is in the mid-twenty-first century, with the expansion of the lands and the acquisition of Tenuta Novare in the Classic Valpolicella, that Bertani manages to realize his research lasting more than fifty years, starting the production of wine, which was born to last forever, but follows the ancient methods of cultivation and production. Her vines they are still found today at the Novare estate, in the province of Verona in the Valpolicella Classica. Bertani has carried out a research and a study of thewine business more than half a century long, producing a wine that comes from 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella vines, a product whose genuineness and delicacy has lasted for a long time. The typical notes of plum, cherry and morello cherry stand out on the nose, followed by a great variety of tones: dried fruit, tea leaf, licorice and spices. On the palate, hints of red berry fruit, sweetened by soft notes of vanilla, in perfect balance with acidity and tannic notes.
