Typical combinations: Perfect to drink in the autumn and winter seasons. It goes perfectly with red meats, game and roasts. The symposium with medium-long-aged cheeses is excellent. It can also be enjoyed on its own at the end of dinner as a meditation wine.

Vinification and ageing: Strictly traditional: 3 months of rest with the classic drying method. Subsequently the grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels.
