||A rosé authentic produced on the Aldobrandesca farm which is strongly identified with the production area. A lightly wine aromatic, characterized by the note floral typical of its variety.

||The grapes come from vineyards selected and managed exclusively for the production of "A". After the manual harvesting carried out in several stages, the grapes arrived in the cellar were de-stemmed and softly pressed. The must with its skins it was left to macerate at low temperatures for about 4-6 hours. This short maceration when cold, it has favored the extraction of color and more delicate aromatic substances, thus obtaining a must fresh, without astringent notes and with a strong aromatic connotation. The must it was transferred to small stainless steel tanks and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.
||After the alcoholic fermentation the wine was kept on its own yeasts until bottling.
