The Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella company presents this year the best of its oenological jewels; two Amarone, a Valpolicella Classico Superiore and a Recioto della Valpolicella, substantially different but united by a logical thread that binds style and technical precision. They are the result of the best premises: the vines enjoy a privileged exposure in the classic production area, in the South and South-West, at an altitude between 100 and 400 meters above sea level, on a volcanic soil, rich in debris and minerals, which give the grapes a unique aromatic heritage and a characteristic mineral verve. Add to this the fundamental contribution of the men who make up the team, a team of consolidated and first-rate managers and technicians, creators of a production that is firmly at the top of the denomination.
