At 6602 Melrose Ave in Los Angeles, the Bastianichs enchant their customers with exquisite traditional Italian dishes, and as if that weren't enough, this is replicated at number 2 of Bayfront Ave in Singapore. The wine list naturally offers a great choice, but for those who want to feel at home there is only to prefer that of the La Mozza estate, which the Friulian family acquired on the threshold of the New Millennium to start a wine production that was the protagonist of the territory. We are in Magliano in Toscana, an area renowned for Morellino and for the blends of Sangiovese grapes, which here goes to marriage - even in the disciplinary - with vines of international origin. The range of wines produced is small but significant, and although the red Aragone is decidedly more complex when tasted, presented after two years of aging in the bottle, we cannot but praise the qualities of Morellino I Perazzi, a creamy sample with an eye on it. at the price.
