The land heritage is composed of two main bodies in the municipalities of Maiolati Spontini, from which the San Sisto grapes come, and of San Marcello, where the largest plot is located, spread over fifty hectares, with plants over thirty years old. . Other smaller vineyards complete the viticultural heritage owned by the company, which is planning further expansion on both sides of the Esino Valley. From Cupramontana, whose old name was Massaccio, come the overripe and partially botrytised grapes that give life to the wine of the same name. Verdicchio inevitably the almost exclusive protagonist of the vineyard with small concessions to traditional red berries, Montepulciano and Sangiovese. The company restyling led to radical changes in the production of the Fazi Battaglia brand, represented by the return for tasting of the company emblem, the Titulus.
