“The vineyards of Ama are well exposed, absolative, all well kept and like gardens: this part is the most fertile and the most famous of Chianti”, wrote the Grand Duke Pietro Leopoldo d'Asburgo Lorena in the eighteenth century. In the modern age everything has been reborn in the sign of the ancient glories, thanks to the partnership of three families who took over the property in the XNUMXs. Among these, the Sebasti are the most active thanks to the commitment of Lorenza and her husband Marco Pallanti, oenologist and leading figure in Chiantigiano wine. Alongside excellent reds, Ama invests heavily in art, with fascinating installations by artists of international caliber.
