Defined as an Italian-German boutique winery, Campo alla Sughera is the Bolgheri property of the Knauf family, a leader in the building systems market with a major multinational. Teutonic management therefore in one of the most important wine production areas in the world. Since January 2017, a collaboration has begun with the French oenologist Stéphane Derenoncourt, who is carrying out a work of micro-parcel division of the vineyards dictated by the differences in soils. Each parcel is therefore vinified separately to further enhance the exclusivity of this terroir. For the most avid collectors the Anima di Arnione was then introduced into the range, a wine produced in very few units, proposed only in magnum format, not present in this year's tastings.
